Agendas and Minutes for Parish Council Meetings 2025
The agenda will be published on the Parish Council website and village noticeboards at least three clear days before the meeting.
Agendas are kept for one year before being securely disposed of.
If you have a question for the Parish Council please email the clerk by 10am on 12th June 2025.
Draft minutes from Parish Council meetings are usually published within a week of the meeting. These remain in draft form until they are reviewed and approved for accuracy at the following meeting. Once approved, the final version is updated and reposted.

Public Participation for Parish Council Meetings
There will be 15 minutes available for public participation. This is the only time that the public will be allowed to speak during a meeting. Please note:
- Those wishing to speak should give their name to the clerk
- The Chairman will call upon those wishing to speak in turn and they will be invited to make a brief representation or to comment on an agenda item
- Questions will not normally receive an immediate answer but the Chairman will respond in due course
- All persons wishing to speak must address the Chairman
- Councillors will not enter into discussion with those asking questions at the meeting
- Attendees are free to leave the hall at any point but are asked to do so without causing disruption to the meeting
- Members of the press and public may be asked to leave the meeting if an item of a confidential nature needs to be discussed
